In response to the development concerning the coronavirus or covid-19, we would like to inform you of the precautions that we take or took.
Since the coronavirus arrived in the Netherlands we took additional measures. All surfaces, handles, tables, knobs, doors, etcetera are cleaned vigorously during and after shifts and treated with disinfectant.
Friday March 12th we stopped accepting cash payments, the same day we decided not to let people eat in the shop.
Sunday March 15th we decided to offer only contactless delivery through Thuisbezorgd and Uber Eats. Contactless from our shop to deliverers. Once the deliverer arrives at the shop he has to show your order through the window, after this we will place the order outside on a table after which the deliverer will deliver it to your doorstep. Our employees use vinyl gloves during all of the processes from making, to packaging to placing it for delivery.
Take away is not allowed anymore as from Sunday march 15th. The goal is to have the least amount of human interaction possible. Our experience tells us that lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (18:00-20:00) are the busiest times, and would mean a lot of people in the shop at the same time. That creates health risks we don’t want take with you or our very valued staff !
Thank you for understanding !
